Nate Wolch

Founder & Mental Conditioning Coach

Nate Wolch, Inner Champion’s founder and mental conditioning coach, received his master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology from Western Washington University. He is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Nate’s sport background as an athlete includes amateur boxing, collegiate tennis, and basketball. As a mental conditioning coach, Nate has worked with youth, collegiate, professional and senior athletes, corporations, government employees, and first responders.

Nate also teaches introductory sport psychology courses at Seattle University and Western Washington University as an adjunct professor.

Nate is also a Cognitive Performance Specialist and works full-time consulting with tactical athletes. While earning his master’s, Nate chaired the Best Practices in Consulting Committee as a student delegate of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) for two years .
